7daysGet.com provides free shipping worldwide service for all of our orders. When you check out, you can choose shipping method from Free Shipping, EMS and DHL.

Air Mail (Free):

We will send by Hong Kong (HK Post) or Singapore (SG Post). Delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks for most of the countries, 4 to 6 weeks for South America.

Order≥ $15 is registered air mail

Order< $15 is surface mail

Order amount less than USD$15 will be sent by surface mail (not tracking number), and more than $15 will be registered air mail (with tracking number),

You could choose registered air mail for shipment when you check out if your order amount is under $15, it just cost $1.99.

Customers from South America please notice: for orders to your countries, send by surface mail will cause a high rate of parcel lost, so if your order amount is under $15, please choose Registered Air Mail when you check out, what you need to pay is just $1.99.

NOTE: It is post system, so the delivery time is not scheduled, and it affected to whether or holiday factors. For example Xmas, Thanks given or volcanic eruption may make the delivery delayed.

DHL:

It’s not a free shipping option, for most of the countries, the delivery time is 5 to 7 days for delivery.

But we are not recommending this shipping option for South American customers, because the tax will be very high when you or your customer receive the parcel,

Note: normally you can’t check the parcel status directly by the tracking numbers we provided to you, there is a transit number after the parcel online, we will let you know once we got it.

EMS：

This is not a free shipping option, for most of the countries, the delivery time is 7 to 10 days.

We are not recommending EMS for Italian customers, because it has a high loss rate, so please choose DHL for shipment if you are from Italy.

Latin America: 1 to 2 month (Not recommend, long time for delivery and risky for lost)

Europe: 5 to 7 days (Except France, Italy and Germany)

DHL delivery time is:

South-east Asia: 3 to 5 days

Europe: 3 to 5 days (highly recommend for customers from Italy and Germany)

Declare value:

We will always declare our parcels as “Electronics (Gift)” and value below $30.

Custom problem (Tax):

Orders from our site will normally not need to pay tax when you receive the parcels. But if you know your country has a strict custom, please let us know how to deal with your order to avoid them, for example you could write a note that ask us to hand write the shipping address and pack the items with gift wrap. We will try our best to follow your instruction.
